I’ve had panic attacks and anxiety for a few months. The anxiety has come from the fear of the panic attacks. I’m not sure if the anxiety creates the panic attacks as people say the “come out of the blue”, is this possible.

I basically want assurance that I can get over this and recover, I dont like the idea that it could be something I will have to put up with. I’m on medication which they say will reduce the symptoms although I have not noticed a massive change. i’m doing cognitive behaviour therapy which is helping with anxiety. however I still get anxious and I still have the occasional attack. I’m going to give yoga a go this week and see if that helps.

Anyone else recovered fully?
In reply to StarryEyed, yeah I’ve been checked out by the doctors, they say there is nothing wrong. They gave me fluoxetine as a medication which I believe is for antidepression but they told me itd calm my anxiety also.
