Hi
1. What forms of yoga focus most on the meditative / spiritual aspects? I understand that all forms have a bit of this, but which one does the most?
2. I’d heard that some people consider yoga meditation "dangerous", in that it opens the mind to "external influences". Are these taught? How do i get to learn forms that supposedly teach astral projection and stuff?
Thanks

All yoga focused on meditation. The exercises done in the west are just an excerpt from the full picture.

You won’t learn astral projection from meditating though. Meditation is far deeper and more profound than that. Trying to learn astral projection through meditating is like using the Mona Lisa to wipe your bum.
