What is the difference between Vinyasa Yoga and Bikram yoga. I currently take Vinyasa Power Yoga 2-3 times a week. Will I see better results doing Bikram Yoga? How do they differ from each other?

The main uniqueness to Bikram style is the room is always heated to around 105 F (40.5 C), with 40% humidity.
The heat is very conducive to muscle suppleness, thus promotes flexibility.
It also promotes perspiration which is believed to be cleansing/de-detoxifying.
The authentic (i.e. trademarked) Bikram style is a set series/sequence of twenty-six poses.
Other instructors have varied this series, and thus are technically not allowed to promote what they teach as "Bikram style".
Instead, the variation styles are usually described by the generic term, "Hot yoga."
