well……………kriya yoga is also taught by swami ramdev. our family is devoted towards his yog and its a good experience. do suggest me to learn any other science of yoga because this is the highest and the poorna yoga of patanjali as described by him .also swami ramdev describes it as complete.

ok i started going for some yoga classes recently. we started with suryanamaskar (u know the sun prayer …rough translation), the bhastrike( hands balled up into fists at ur sides, when u inhale, they go up and during forceful exhalation u jerk them down into fists) and some relaxation exercises – meditation poses.
