I have been practicing Dahn Korean Yoga for a while (well 3 months last year, and then returned after a break, and now for 2 months) i feel a strong connection with the meditation and movement. I felt that the time i was away i was constantly being called back to it.

Sadness after meditation?

Does Kundalini release negative?

I’ve done kundalini meditation twice now. Both times I’ve come out of it very angry and frustrated. It passed and I felt relieved.
My question is, did the kundalini knock loose some physically trapped negative emotions?
