I have a 5mm yoga mat but it’s still a little hard for sitting or laying down (no carpet under the mat). I’m wondering if stacking a yoga mat on top of the other is okay? Would they slip and move around? I’m using Nike’s yoga mat.

I am used to hatha or kripalu yoga. Went to a bikram class last night and felt like I was in a boot/concentration camp. And what’s with the sweaty carpet?
