It sounds like something I’d like to do, however, there are so many types of meditation and so many reasons, it is hard to know how to get started. Are there any forms of yoga or meditation that I can learn on my own? I am unable to attend a class on it at this point, and even if I were, I doubt there are many close enough to me to do so.
Also, I’d like to know some of the effects and benefits of yoga and meditation, please?
Also, I’ve read the Wikipedia articles already before I came here. I found them to be a little general / vague.
I should also mention that I am not really doing this for health reasons (why I put it in Alternative Medicine, considering, I do not know)
It is intended to be a part of my search for the supernatural/paranormal.
