I have a pretty thin body, but I feel like I’m out of shape. I haven’t exercised or anything lately, and I feel like I’m just sitting around all the time.
I live in a nice little neighborhood, and its very warm out. But I don’t belong to any yoga, kickboxing, swimming, or dancing classes etc. What should I do to exercise?
AND, what are some healthy foods I should eat to stay fit and healthy? And what are some foods I should avoid?
