Hi all,
When i learnt sahaja yoga, they say that we can feel the heat or coolness from sahasrara chakra ( top of your head) by placing your hand few inches from your head. I tried this many times. But the temperature changes are not significant enough for me to trust that it happens.
So i wish to know if it’s possible to detect temperature changes during kundalini raise using an infra red camera. Have any one(scientists) attempted this experiment.
