I am about 10 pounds away from my goal, just trying to tighten up for the summer. I enrolled in a Bikram Yoga class – it’s intense! Will this get me in good bikini shape or do I need to do something more??

Its also called Bikram yoga. It gets very hot and I dont know what to wear.
Its my first time and I feel uncomfortable in a sports bra.

I am used to hatha or kripalu yoga. Went to a bikram class last night and felt like I was in a boot/concentration camp. And what’s with the sweaty carpet?
